Consultation Required

We have extensive experience in hair restoration surgery and hair loss. Dr. Liliana Reina has been noted for her performance at the Shapiro Hair Institute, where she has performed more than two million follicle micro-implants. In addition, she has performed hair transplants for nearly two decades in New York, South Florida, and Colombia. Dr. Mario Stefan and Dr. Reina perform hair transplantation using sophisticated technology and the latest technical micro-implants methods used today.

Dr. Reina is Colombia’s only doctor to be a member of the International Association of Hair Restoration Surgery, and she has held that position since 1993. For 25 years, she has done hair surgery in the US. She is also the founder of Stefan’s Hair Transplant International Medical Group in Cali, Colombia.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) & Fibrin

Platelet-Rich Plasma, Enriched and Regular

Platelet-rich plasma and fibrin (PRP and PRF) therapy can help reverse the hands of time and reduce facial wrinkles, lines, and blemishes, as well as rejuvenate the body. This procedure is a more natural alternative to other treatment options. Visible improvements to skin texture and tone can be seen around six weeks after treatment. Commonly treated conditions include:

  • Fine wrinkles around the eyes
  • Nasolabial folds
  • Wrinkles on the lips
  • Acne marks
  • Wrinkles on the forehead
  • Wrinkles on the neck
  • Bags and dark circles under the eyes
  • Loose and saggy skin

Platelet-rich plasma and fibrin (PRP and PRF) are naturally occurring substances created in our bodies. We collect the PRP and PRF from your own blood, making this treatment natural and very low-risk. These stem cells help us heal by stimulating the growth of collagen and increasing oxygen dissemination. We inject a concentrated mixture of this into areas of concern which fast tracks your facial rejuvenation.

Vampire Facial®

The Secret Blood Method to Revive Youth & Restore Beauty
The Vampire Facial® is protected by US Patent & Trademark Law. Only providers listed on this site are members of the Vampire Facial Provider Group, know the trade secrets of the Vampire Facial® , have agreed to use FDA-approved equipment, and own license to use the “Vampire” name. Any others using the name “Vampire Facial” (or any variation) are not members of the group, are violating trademark/patent law, may be doing an inferior (even dangerous) procedure, and are subject to prosecution.

Vampire Facials: A particular way of applying PRP and PRF topically, usually in combination with microneedling. Other methods and procedures apply as per the trade secrets protected by US Patent & Trademark law.

Vampire Facelift: A particular way of using blood-derived growth factors to rejuvenate the face. It can include the way growth factors are isolated and how they are injected (as well as what they may be used with and what may be done after the procedure).

Vampire Breast Lift is a non-surgical way of enhancing the breasts and giving them a lift without causing the downtime and pain that implants or even a standard breast lift would involve. It can provide fullness, lift, and enhance cleavage.

O-Shot®

Like a vampire facial, an O-Shot® is a platelet-rich plasma (PRP and PRF) treatment that’s geared toward rejuvenating the sensations in both the clitoris and G-Spot.

Benefits of an O-Shot®

  • Effective for treating urinary incontinence.
  • Tighter vaginal skin.
  • Increased sensitivity to stimulation.
  • More frequent orgasm.
  • Improved vaginal dryness.
  • Decreased pain for those who may experience painful intercourse.
  • Enjoy quick results!
  • Fast and virtually painless.

P-Shot®

The P-Shot® procedure was created by Dr. Charles Runels to help men who suffer from erectile dysfunction. The procedure uses platelet-rich plasma from the patient’s own blood, which is then painlessly injected into specific areas of the penis.

The P-Shot® rejuvenates the penis, treating erectile dysfunction, improving the size, increasing sensation, and boosting sex drive. The P-Shot® treatment uses no chemicals or drugs and requires no surgery.

Results will vary, but most men immediately notice increased sensation and improved erectile function. An increase in size will typically be noticeable within a few weeks. A single 30-minute procedure is generally all it takes to achieve results, which usually last for about one year.

Patients can get a natural erection within 48 to 72 hours of their procedure, and because “platelet-rich plasma injections increase blood flow to the glands in the penis naturally,” Dr. Rowe told us, “the effect of [the single shot] is longer-lasting, and the treatment can increase blood flow for years.”

PRF Treatment

In aesthetics, PRF is used to treat alone or combined with collagen induction therapy. This treatment is highly dependable on the patient's hydration level (patients need to start the hydration process 72 hours before treatment).

PRF is a treatment that involves using your own body’s cocktail of platelets. It helps by stimulating your skin and subcutaneous tissues, which helps eliminate wrinkles and fine lines. This treatment can be used with fillers to enhance the effects of fillers.

How does PRF improve tissue regeneration?

It follows the logical concept that one simultaneously improves tissue regeneration by improving tissue vascularization to defects.

Which is better for healing? PRF or PRP?

PRP requires more blood to be taken than PRF. Thus, PRF has more healing factors than is typically seen in PRP. In addition, the lower spin speed causes less trauma to the individual cells of the blood, allowing more stem cells to remain in the final PRF product.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy started in France in the 1950s and has become one of the most successful treatments in aesthetic medicine. We inject small amounts of medications, growth factors, and vitamins into affected areas to increase circulation, decrease fibrosis of the connective tissue, and decrease fat cells.

The most common applications for mesotherapy are:

  • Spot and cellulite reduction
  • Weight loss
  • Skin rejuvenation
  • Facial Mesotherapy
  • Body Mesotherapy

Orthomolecular Therapy

Orthomolecular medicine is a form of complementary and alternative medicine aimed at maintaining health through nutritional supplementation. It is based on the assertion that there is an optimum nutritional environment in the body, and diseases reflect deficiencies in this environment.

Orthomolecular therapy enables patients to achieve optimum health by utilizing only naturally occurring substances, such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes, trace elements, and co-enzymes. This type of therapy can be used to treat diseases such as cancer and AIDS or as a preventative measure to impede degenerative diseases and aging.

This approach is sometimes called megavitamin therapy because it evolved out of doses of vitamins and minerals many times higher than the recommended intake. Non-optimal levels of certain substances can cause health issues beyond simple vitamin deficiency, and balancing these substances is an integral part of optimal health.

Linus Pauling coined the term “orthomolecular,” meaning “the right molecules in the right amounts” (ortho is Greek for “right”). Treatment must be based on each patient’s individual biochemistry.

Some main principles of mesotherapy include:

  • Diagnosing nutritional deficiencies followed by establishing proper nutrition can result in a cure.
    Pharmaceuticals should be used sparingly.
  • Environmental toxins and food poisoning antagonize nutritional deficiencies. These conditions must be eliminated as well.
  • Blood testing can be erroneous and unreliable as a predictor or indicator of nutrients in body tissues.
  • Mind/body therapy is an adjunct, where optimism, hope, and faith are integral allies for both the patient and physician.

JUVÉDERM®

JUVÉDERM® XC is the first and only FDA-approved Hyaluronic Acid (HA) filler that lasts up to 1 year with treatment. This type of treatment is ideal for moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as parentheses lines (nasolabial folds) that appear around your nose and mouth.

JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA XC is an injectable gel that temporarily reverses signs of aging in the face. As you get older, your cheeks begin to lose their youthful shape, becoming flat and starting to sag.

JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA XC is injected into the cheek area with a small needle to lift the skin. This creates a smoother contour and a more youthful appearance of the face.

The smooth, colorless hyaluronic acid gel contains a small amount of local anesthetic (lidocaine). Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring sugar in the human body that delivers nutrients and helps the skin retain moisture and softness. The lidocaine helps improve the comfort of the injection, making the treatment and process easier for you. Most patients see a noticeable improvement after the initial treatment.
